  • How do i know if my order has shipped
    When the stock is available and put together, the order will be fullfilled and you will receive a shipping notification.
  • How can i track my order?
    When you recieve your shipment notification via email, included in the email will be a tracking number and a link that takes you directly to the shipment tracking of the parcel.
  • Entering a Coupon / Discount Code
    When viewing the cart there will be an option below all your products to enter a promo code. Simply click on that option and enter the coupon / discount code you have, then click 'Apply'. *Please note that the codes ARE case sensitive.
  • How do i exchange any product(s)
    Exchanges can only be accepted if: - It is within 14 days of receiving goods - The product has not been opened or tampered with - You will need to pay for the postage back to Endzone Supplements - The staff will inspect the returned product to verify that the product has not been opened or tampered with Once this has been verified and approved, we will contact you about the exchange of products
  • What if i receive faulty / damaged goods?
    Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge only if Endzone Supplements is notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of Endzone Supplements, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) (not including the shipping cost) will be given upon its return to Endzone Supplements. Endzone Supplements will provide a pre-paid return label so you can send it back to us, free of charge.
